Xiaomi for some time it has gone well beyond the canonical smartphone market, arriving in markets such as those of domotics and, above all, of the Smart TV. Exactly in this last market it would seem that also Redmi, a company now independent from the parent company Xiaomi, be ready to enter it with its premiere Redmi TV.
Redmi TV: Redmi's first smart TV could soon be a reality
The rumor was launched in conjunction with the celebrations of Xiaomi after that it was proclaimed as the leading sales company of Smart TV in China. An incredible result and achieved in just a few years. Among the many congratulatory messages to the company, however, that of the president of the company has not gone unnoticed Redmi, Lu Weibing. Il CEO di Redmi, in fact, besides congratulating Lei Jun he also asked his users for feedback on a possible smart TV produced by their own Redmi. The question, maybe done for fun, has obviously sparked thousands of comments and, some voices, declare a possible arrival of the first Redmi TV in the Chinese market.
So far, since its independence, Redmi has really given us a lot to do by producing a good number of smartphones on the market and launching, a few months ago, also in the laptop sector with the first RedmiBook from 14 inches. For now the company boasts of excellent health, both thanks to its recent birth but also thanks to the excellent sales recorded, especially with the Redmi Note 7. An interest also in the sector of Smart TVtherefore, it would not seem to be so utopian.
